For some years it’s been a must have in the wardrobe, but how to wear denim skirt?

Today I’ll suggest ten combinations with many look ideas:

WITH LEATHER PANTS

It’s one of the most gritty and efficacious combinations.
You can choose flat or high heels, unless it’s colored.

WITH A LONG SKIRT

The denim shirt is irresistibile and practical with a long skirt during summer time.
To complete the look choose a big straw bag and wedges or flat sandals.

WITH THE MINI SKIRT

If you don’t like long skirts, you can wear the denim shirt with a mini skirt. Why not?
Personally, I recommend to wear flat shoes with this outfit (not necessarily ballet flat shoes).

WITH THE DENIM SKIRT

About mini skirts, a good idea it’s to create a total denim look.
I would wear sneakers or colorful sandals with this outfit.

WITH A DIFFERENT DENIM WASHING

It’s the easiest way to wear a denim shirt: denim with denim, choosing two different washes. It’s beautiful even with white pants.
Alternatively, you can wear a t-shirt underneath an open denim skirt with a colorful necklace.

WITH THE SAME DENIM WASHING

It’s a bit difficult to match the denim shirt to jeans, because wearing the same denim washing doesn’t always work. If you can, wear also a blazer or a long vest.

WITH THE LONGUETTE SKIRT

It’s a great way to make a longuette skirt less formal and make the look fresh. If your work environment allows it, it could be a good look idea for the Casual Friday.

WITH THE LONGUETTE DENIM SKIRT

If the linguette skirt is denim too, the outfit will be definitely more casual. Choose high heels, but also wedges, perhaps in brown leather. And also focus on details: a colorful necklace or a turban headband.

WITH A 50s SKIRT

If you love the vintage style  and 50’s skirts, the denim shirt is the most effective way to make the look young and trendy.

WITH SHORTS

My mind is already projected towards the summer… And I can not mention the shorts. Choose one with a high waist, with stripes or checkered gingham: the outfit is so cute, isn’t it?

Now you have some ideas how to wear the denim shirt, so you just need to pull it out of the closet or… go and buy it!
