Voluminous sleeves are everywhere: dresses, tops, shirts …

On the magazines are great, but in reality they are not that easy to wear!

Here are my tips for choosing and wearing them in with style:

WORK OUTFIT

It’s a bit of a fashion detail, but with the right outfit it’s perfect for the office too.

Choose a top with voluminous sleeves (possibly white) and combine it with classic pants or a little dress under the knee.

WITH PANTS

If you choose pants, prefer the high waist. Same for jeans, of course.

Choose a short top or tuck inside the pants to balance the volumes by lifting the center of gravity.

DO YOU HAVE BIGGER HIPS OR BREAST?

If you have a small breast and large hips, choose a short sleeve, with volume between your shoulder and elbow.

If you have an important breast, choose a longer sleeve, with volumes on the lower arm.

IF YOU ARE CURVY

Let’s face it: Voluminous sleeves tend to widen the body.

The escamotage is focusing on narrow sleeves that extend only at the bottom. Better if they leave the wrist uncovered.

IF YOU ARE TALL

The slimmest figures can have fun with important volumes and structured shapes.

Even the long voluminous sleeves over the wrist are fine, usually difficult for other physicalities.

IF YOU ARE SMALL

Women who aren’t tall will choose voluminous sleeves, but short or quarter trim.

The important thing is that they leave at least the wrist uncovered, to elevate the whole figure.

TOTAL BLACK

As I was saying, voluminous sleeves are not really ideal to get a slimmer silhouette.

Certainly the black helps. And it makes the outfit more formal.

COLORS

The voluminous sleeves have a romantic style, which is definitely amplified by pastel colors.

If you want to focus on a more sophisticated femininity, choose instead neutral colors.

FABRICS

Let’s talk also about fabrics.

The rigid one have a great effect and are more elegant; The light and impalpable ones are romantic and very feminine. And cotton is already very easy.
